Get Treated

Research has shown that most people find the most success in combining a number of modes of treatment. Medications for ADHD are amongst the most effective when treating conditions that affect the brain. Medications can also make you more likely to be successful when you try to implement lifestyle changes as you’ll find you are more focused, less impulsive, and more motivated to keep the new habits consistent.

Our physicians can make recommendations for lifestyle changes, education strategies and therapy options that may be helpful for you.

After the assessment, our physician will discuss your diagnosis with you. Level Up ADHD offers a holistic approach to treatment that includes Occupational Therapy, Virtual Support, Group Courses, and more.

If you are diagnosed with ADHD and we feel medication would be beneficial for you, we will engage in a decision-making process with you about what would be the best medication to treat your ADHD symptoms. We will review benefits, risks, safety, and common side effects, as well as how long you can expect to wait for medication to be effective.

Our physician will also make some recommendations for lifestyle changes that may be beneficial for your start in your life, and other education or therapy that she thinks will be helpful for you.
