Â
Introducing Level Up your ADHD game – a practical, science based, shame-free program designed specifically for adults with ADHD.
This program is for you if:
Â
➜ You get stuck making decisions because everything feels equally urgent and your brain gets overwhelmed by options? You’ll learn simple tools to help you prioritize, cut through the noise, and focus on what actually needs to get done—without overthinking or shutting down.
➜ You end most days completely drained—or stare at tasks knowing what to do but can’t get yourself started? This program helps reduce stress by giving you a clearer understanding of your ADHD and tools that actually work for your brain. Instead of constantly feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, you’ll learn tools and strategies to help you feel grounded and motivated. Over time, this means less emotional burnout and less time, energy, and money spent trying strategies or services that aren’t a good fit for you.
➜ You have ever passed on an opportunity at work because staying organized, focused, or on top of things felt overwhelming? In this program you will learn how to manage overwhelm, stay focused, and get more done in less time—skills that can lead to better opportunities, promotions, or more free time to focus on what matters most.
➜ You care deeply about the people in your life, but staying consistent can be hard—even when it really matters to you. By understanding yourself better, communicating more effectively, and feeling more grounded, you’ll strengthen personal and professional connections, creating deeper, more fulfilling relationships.

TestimonialsÂ
"This course covered a lot of ground and was appropriate for people who were early in the process of either getting diagnosed or recently diagnosed, or to reinforce and top up anyone who has already done their research. Despite the fact that I had a fair amount of prior ADHD learning from other sources, I still gained a lot from the course. Being part of a group of people with similar experiences was very validating and gave me a sense of belonging rather than the isolation I have felt since my diagnosis"
-Colin
"This course was a "game changer" for me (pardon the pun). I learned practical strategies which helped optimize with my day-to-day functioning. Through the course content and my interactions with the other participants, I've gained a deeper understanding of myself and my ADHD. Finally, both facilitators were patient, compassionate and knowledgable. 100% recommend!"Â
-Greg

Course Founders & EducatorsÂ
Dr. Danielle Chard and Aisling Nebor are the founders of Level Up ADHD.
They’re more than business partners—they’re sisters, healthcare professionals, and passionate advocates for adults living with ADHD. After years of working closely with this community, they noticed a major gap: adults often receive a diagnosis, but not the ongoing guidance needed to truly thrive with ADHD.
So they set out to change that.
Their mission is to bridge the space between “You have ADHD” and “You’re thriving with ADHD.” They’ve supported hundreds of adults in moving from overwhelm to confidence, offering practical, personalized strategies that help people understand their brains and harness their strengths.
They’re here to guide you every step of the way, with clarity, compassion, and practical, research-based support.
